Welcome to my small space on the internet. The goal is to add tons of music, videos, photos and share my world as frequently as possible for you all to enjoy. This is a direct insight to my life as a man, a musician, a husband, a father, a writer, a food lover and everything in between. Thank you for honoring me with your time, your eyes, your ears and your support.

Light Sleeper

Light Sleeper is a group that consists of members from other well known bands like Rufio, Over It, Runner Runner, National Product, White Tie Affair and More Amor.

"The band originally formed as a "writing team" that got together every Tuesday to write and complete one song from scratch without over-thinking the process. Thinking about music, writing, recording and creating LIGHT while not getting much sleep, led to creative elements that is the group. Thus... Light Sleeper was born."

Writing Team: Nick Bailey, Jon Berry, Danny Casler, Ryan Cooke, and Rami Jrade.

National Product

1997-present

"Our debut album Luna broke into the billboard charts at #16, sending the band into a whirlwind that allowed us to travel around the world playing music for god knows how many kids throughout the years. We had videos on MTV, Fuse, MTV2, MTVU and more. Our song "Love Me" tested "POWER" on clear channel radio which had us at #1 in Hawaii for 5 weeks straight. This was my childhood dream and I got to do this with some of my best friends. We started in a bedroom with a karaoke machine and ended up "living the dream" with our band. Although we don't tour anymore, we still make music."

NP: Danny Casler, Rob Caveney, Nathan Elliott, Stan Moniz, Jeff Feuerhaken, and Dan Niles.

Live Guest Spots

Over It

2002 - Fill in singer (2 tour dates)

"I was brought on for a few dates on the Early November tour that Over It was doing when Peter was sick and could not sing. Over It is still, to this day, one of my favorite bands on the planet. They inspired so much in me. When I got the call for this gig, I really didn't know the guys like I do now; I freaked out that I would be singing songs off of their album Timing Is Everything, one my favorite records. I felt super honored to have had that experience and honored to call these guys my friends."

SHELTER

2006 - Back Up Vocals on “ETERNAL”

One of my best friends played drums for Shelter. We got asked to join him on some backgrounds doing gang vocals, harmonies and chorus chants. This took place in Hollywood California. Eternal is a critically acclaimed hardcore album

Saosin

2007 - Guest Vocals Live

"In 2007, National Product did a Canadian tour with Saosin and Poison The Well. On most nights, I got to sing "7 years" from the album Translating The Name. It is one of my favorite records and has made a major impact on my life. Anthony Green is one of the most dynamic personalities and vocalists in the industry. To be able to share my passion on stage in a song he took part in writing was such an honor."

Pennywise

Summer 2011 - Fill in singer (European Tour>

"I was in Costa Rica going through the biggest break up of my life. I had lost everything; money, possessions, and my overall confidence in the direction my life was going. I received a bizarre email that read, "Is this Danny Casler from National Product?" I replied confirming, and the next response was, "Great, we were trying to get a hold of you. A legendary punk band is interested in the possibility of you singing for them."

My good friend, Ray Blanco (from the bands Countervail, Home Town Hero, and The Bankok 5), was sitting next to me drinking a beer; he said, "I bet its Pennywise."

I look at him and replied, "What, dude you are %^&*ing crazy." And sure enough, it was Pennywise. I still couldn't believe it. I actually wrote an email back saying "$%^ off". Next thing you know, I have 6'8" Fletcher at my doorstep with a CD of songs to sing over. The rest was history. I spent a good deal of my 2011 summer in a studio with the boys, touring Europe, and playing shows with bands like A Wilhelm Scream, Bad Religion, The Addicts, Bouncing Souls, Authority Zero and many more. It was a moment I will never ever forget since Unknown Road was my 1st punk rock record ever. It is what changed and defined my way of thinking and living. I cannot begin to tell you what it is like when the band who got you into music is next to you playing the songs you grew up on. All Or Nothing is their latest release. Zoli is still the singer of PW. I am on this record singing some lines and harmonies, including some of the "whoas" (lol). Enjoy it as much as I did."
