Originally from Oahu, Hawaii National Product took the 2000’s head on. Garnering millions of plays as one of the first unsigned bands on myspace to do so. This would lead to a record deal and tours which spanned multiple countries and countless albums sold. From VFW halls and house parties to the Warped Tour & Radio Festivals. Supporting international and national acts across the country like Thrice, Mute Math, Rise Against, New Found Glory, Saosin, Yellowcard, Poison The Well, The Receiving End of Sirens, Joan Jett, Blue October, The Vandals, Emery, Shiny Toy Guns, Unwritten Law, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Midtown, The Ataris, Rufio, Anberlin, Sugarcult, Zebra Head and more. National Product always has always prided itself on professionalism and explosive live energy.

“Our goal every time we step on a stage is to honor the gift we get to make music while supporting the bands we get to share that night with. 5 or 5000 is our motto. We have played for the bartender and we’ve played for 10,000 people. The amount is not important. What matters is that you put it all out there every time the lights turn on. As long as you’ve done that, you did it right.”

On a very personal note: Jimmy Eat World is my favorite band. I discovered them during the album Static Prevails and their music not only shaped and changed my life but is one of the primary factors National Product became a band. Clarity is without a doubt one of the best albums created. I have the record on my wall, signed by the band. This show would be a highlight pinnacle moment in my life. To also have my daughter (5) and son (3) to share it with would be indescribable. Attached is also a cover I did of JEW from Futures.
